Who are ExCaMa Academy’s programmes designed for?
Our programmes are designed for skilled professionals, leaders and organisations with specific training needs. They cover continuing professional development and additional skills training, as well as preparation for first-time leadership, further development for experienced leaders and training for managing director roles.
Can programmes be tailored to an organisation?
Yes. ExCaMa Academy designs programmes and individual modules for specific groups and in-house delivery. We begin with the learning objectives, participants’ existing skills and the demands of their work. These inform the content, choice of educators and delivery approach. Available formats and dates are discussed individually.
How do Academy programmes differ from Advisory services?
ExCaMa Academy develops skills through structured learning programmes and modules. ExCaMa Advisory addresses specific strategic, organisational and individual challenges through advice, coaching, mentoring and confidential dialogue. The two areas can work together when a development project also calls for targeted training.
