ExCaMa was founded in 2018 by Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. (SEU) Sascha J. Flemnitz. The ambition to make development more personal, focused and substantive has grown into a network of expertise spanning Advisory, International and Academy.
Today, ExCaMa connects businesses, universities, educational institutions and international talent. Our focus is on lasting solutions at the intersection of business, research and education, drawing on particular experience in higher education, the wider education sector, healthcare and social services.

Founder & CEO | Strategy, Education, Transformation and Organisational Development
Prof. Flemnitz brings more than two decades of leadership, advisory and management experience in strategy, education, organisational development and institutional design. He has held senior roles in universities and educational organisations, worked internationally and led complex development and change processes.
As a professor, adviser and leader, he combines academic depth with business practice, executive experience and a clear focus on effective implementation. This combination has shaped ExCaMa since its founding in 2018.
